We can provide an exchange or refund for your order as long as your item is placed back into its original packaging, with all original tags attached. Please include the original invoice, as well as a note indicating what you would like done with your return. Full priced items may be returned within 4 weeks from the date purchase, via mail or Australia Post. All returns are at the expense of the customer, unless the item has been deemed faulty.

STEP 3: POST We ask that you please use registered post for your returns, as we are not responsible for items should they be lost on the way back to us.
STEP 1: BOOK YOUR RETURN HERE Follow the online instructions, and enter your details to print out your shipping label.

STEP 3: POST Post your parcel at your nearest Australia Post outlet.
